September was a very busy month. Working full-time, spending time with family, and using my remaining time to work on this project has been tough. Morbid is set to release as an Early Access build on Oct. 3rd on Steam and I plan to keep that date. I would have liked to provide more gameplay in this initial release, but I also need to gather feedback on how to improve what's already in place.

Development during September focused mainly on putting together a high-quality, realistic environment for the player to be immersed in. I found some great assets on the unreal marketplace that I've modified to be more original to Morbid. Included in the current build are suspenseful ambient; and chilling event-triggered sounds. AI interaction was also a focus and caused a lot of headaches trying to fine-tune each event.
